Level 0 is the very first level of 123 Slaughter Me Street 2 and is actually for beginners. The voice will instruct the player about gameplay elements before going from to the next more challenging level and so on. There are no puppets appearing this level.
This is the only level not available in the level select menu from the game's title menu. It is likely due to the level being only for beginners.
This is the only time in the games that a tutorial level has been implanted into the 123 SMS series.
